Who we are

Alegria is a small hand-baked kits business based in Setúbal, Portugal. We sell creative kits and cookie decorating kits online and ship across Europe.

What data we collect

We only collect what we need to run the shop and serve you well:

• Order data: items purchased, quantities, total, delivery address and any order notes.
• Account data: your name, email and, if you choose to add one, your phone number and shipping address.
• Anonymous analytics (only with your consent): aggregate page views and interactions, used to understand which products and pages are most popular.

Cookies & analytics

We use a single strictly-necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We do not set any analytics or marketing cookies until you accept them via the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time from the 'Privacy & cookies' link in the footer.

How long we keep your data

Order records are kept for the legally-required period for tax and accounting purposes (currently 10 years in Portugal). Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
